Protect the company from any claims (2.) Tipp any verdict award; and (3) We will reimburse you for all judicial fees and expenses.

The Company is not liable for any injury, death, hazardous event or damage to any of its employees, marketing staff, media personnel, media members, and authorities that are caused by the use of our website via the received information or if any party was advised of the possibility of damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action including but not limited to negligence, arising from this agreement or your use of our website exceed the amount paid by you to CustomDisplayBoxes.Com for the order or request.

Return Policy and Refund Policy

You must notify the company within 3 working days of receiving your order if you notice any errors in the printing or if the product is not printed as per your specifications. We will reprint your order, but we won’t refund any money if the printing is not correct. The management team will inspect the defect. To receive a reprint of the product, customers must send digital photos of the defect to the company within seven business days. The charges for expedited orders are non-refundable.

Payment Order Placement, Cancellations:

Our website lists the prices for products in USD. Payment will also be made in the same currency. Once they have received your total payment, including taxes and shipping charges via an authenticated payment source, the company will start working on your order.

Order placement includes the sending of the final product/services to the company via electronic file or hardcopy. Once you have decided what you want, the printing tasks will be sent to our press department. Once the task has been sent to the press department, there are no revisions made to the timing or design. You can cancel your order within a maximum of four hours after proof approval. You will be charged 25$ plus 5% of your total order payment for this cancellation. Customers also have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours. However, this will result in a 50% charge on their total order. This is to make up for the lost time and resources the company used to create your product. The company cannot guarantee that customers can cancel their orders after the 24-hour time limit.

Design orders:

TheCustomBoxesplacecom does allow any refunds for design services orders. Customers cannot cancel orders for design services. The total payment will not be refunded.

Sales Tax Policy:

Customers ordering from IL must also pay sales tax If you are tax-exempt, the company will need to see your tax exemption certificate when placing your order.

Customers Submitted Artwork/Files:

To create new designs, our artwork designers work with the artwork provided by users. Your artwork files must be 300 dpi in final form and CMYK format. The company won’t accept files that are not in CMYK format and other font sizes.

Customers who place orders are responsible if the printed work does not match their expectations due to the order’s sequence or orientation. The company’s employees take all possible precautions to avoid losing our customers; CustomDisplayBoxes.Com is not responsible for losing your printed orders. Upload artwork and other files to our website. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded material is legal.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem illegal or in violation of third-party rights. You accept responsibility for the material you have directed when you place an order. Any order placed by TheCustomeBoxes.com can be declined without giving a reason. It is to inform you that TheCustomeBoxes.com does not print any material which could be offensive, indecent, or abusive.

The Color Accuracy and Proofs:

Order placement includes the sending of the final product/services to the company via electronic file or hardcopy. Once you have sent the agreement, the printing tasks will be sent to the press department. It is your responsibility as a customer to review and update the proof. It is not acceptable for the company to wait for contradicted proofs that could cause delays. Remember that our turnaround time is only effective once the proof of agreement has been received.

Before you agree to the proof, please read it. You are requested to review the original file for errors in spacing, copy and layout. Electronic proofs don’t support transparency. Over printing issues or color improvements from RGB to CMYK can be caused by electronic proofs. The printed version of products with laminates is not the responsibility of the company.

The final approved proof is the customer’s responsibility.

The submitted artwork file will determine the color that will be printed. However, due to the inherent limitations of printing processes and adjoining picture ink requirements, it can’t be exact like the original color. Color accuracy cannot be guaranteed. This is a drawback that you accept when you place an order. While employees are encouraged to use the closest possible color, the company cannot be held responsible for any color differences between the printed and expected work. For color changes that are due to system limitations, there will not be a reprint. We cannot guarantee the color match, ink density, or consistency of the printed products you have approved. If you request a hard copy proof, the company will guarantee the accuracy and match of the colors. You should be aware that a hard copy proof will run you more. .

Font Mistakes, Grammar and Spelling Mistakes

Graphics punctuation and percolating marks

Erroneous fonts, Die lines, cropping marks. Cracks in folds

Over printing errors

There is a difference in the size of the finished product

Gang printing:

For the majority of its printing products, our company does not use a combined or gang printer technique. The company can use any type of printing technique that is best suited for their customers and printing needs.

Overruns Under runs:

The company usually delivers the exact quantity of products ordered, plus an additional amount. The extra product delivery is always free. The company will only deduct the delivery cost if there are fewer products than expected or under-run. The company adheres to the general rule that 5% more or less products should be delivered.

Speed of production, shipping and delivery

After you have sent or paid the entire amount of the order to the company, shared your order with artwork/file in either hard or electronic form and agreed on the shared content, the press department reviews the order and then the production speed is set. You can choose the production speed that shows how many days it takes from printing to shipping when you place an order online. Send your acceptance to the proof by 10 AM Central Standard Time (CT). Your products will be delivered to you by the Company and its employees as soon as possible. In case of any delay, CustomDisplayBoxes.Com is not liable for any loss/damage done because of the delay in shipping. Customers agree that CustomDisplayBoxes.Com is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or custom issues. The printing charges will be refunded if there are any problems, but orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in printing.

When goods are shipped to different locations, you decide to invoice the total amount in terms custom duties and fees. It is your responsibility to pay any custom fees for shipping products outside the USA. The company offers a 10-12 day delivery time for the product. It also provides accelerated shipping within 6-8 days (with 2-3 days for ground shipping) to all locations within USA. There is no limit on weight or quantity. Extra shipping charges will apply to additional locations. The company cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or any damage that may occur during shipping. Legally, the company cannot be held responsible for any shipping loss. This type of incident can be brought to our attention within 6 working days of shipment. If we receive incorrect shipping address or you submit incomplete delivery address, additional shipping and handling fees will be charged for re-shipment.

Modifications to our Terms and Conditions and Website: 

TheCustomBoxesplace com have the authority to change any section of our website or Terms and Conditions any time with or without notice to the customers of CustomDisplayBoxes.Com. As soon as the new terms and conditions are published on our website, they will take effect. You agree to be bound by the changes if you continue to use the website after the changes have been made.
